Open House

I never thought it was possible to do something as big as putting up a house without hassle, effort and stress. And yet it worked. I remember the period of building the house as an idyll. Many nice conversations with a lovely couple, and then everything happened without my participation. Weeks, months passed, everything went as planned. The next things were done on time, the expenses were exactly as in the estimate, the best quality materials. I checked the numbers and quality several times, called other suppliers, it turned out that my windows were prepared by the best company on the market, or that the prices of plumbing installations are lower than those of the competition. I didn’t have to think too much.

My wife and I said what we liked, and a moment later we saw projects that were going exactly our way. Over time, we fully relied on them, they had great ideas and extraordinary taste. Everything was supervised by a well-known design office, but they were better than architects. The best solutions came from them. They had an extraordinary knack, they saw the whole thing – they had a ready house in their mind right away, from the architecture to the finishing details. That’s why we decided on a turnkey formula, with furniture, appliances, everything, even a garden. That the house is great, needless to say. That everything works, I don’t have to either. Along with the keys, I got a list of several phone calls. Plumber, electrician, gardener, etc. And these are the same people who built the house, they know everything about it. So when it comes time for maintenance, they come and do their job. Again, everything happens without my effort.

The story sounds incredible, but that’s what happened. Monika and Przemysław Raztawicki, because they are the heroes of this story, they are a duo out of this world. And the last thing, which at first did not seem important to me, but over time became as important to me and my wife as their professionalism. They are socially very attractive. They are people with genuine charm. They talk interestingly, they think interestingly, they open their eyes to new things. They not only build a house, but show how to live better in it.
