We have many years of experience in the comprehensive implementation of interior finishing, as well as in modernization, renovation and installation works, also in demanding office buildings. As a general contractor, we take full responsibility for the comprehensive execution of modern houses individually tailored to the needs of the investor and refined in every detail.
We do not operate on a mass scale – we can accept a maximum of several orders per year. Quality matters to us, which is why we treat each house as a unique work of applied art, custom-made for a specific recipient. This is our mission.

How we work?
In short, we act the way we would like to be treated. We provide support at every stage of investment implementation, including:
- Preparation of full documentation to obtain all approvals and permits (e.g. for construction or felling of some trees, if the plot is located on a forest plot).
- Individual arrangements with the designer.
- Supervision of the construction manager over the stages of individual construction works.
Surveying works. - Soil geological research.
- Media connection; electricity, gas, sewage.
- Land development around the plot (garden design).
- Construction works to the developer’s standard.
- Finishing the building on a turnkey basis in accordance with the interior design.
- Obtaining an energy performance certificate.
- Obtaining a building occupancy permit.
- Cooperation based on clear rules.
- Professional advice and full commitment.
FULL SERVICE
We take over all the obligations related to the construction of the house and the completion of all related formalities. Thanks to this, you do not have to prepare documents, participate in time-consuming meetings and arrangements or look for proven contractor teams. All you have to do is tell us your expectations and we’ll take care of the rest.
